I had the greatest experience with this storage place and i'm looking forward to using the facility. It's pretty easy for check-in and moving in. When I showed up, the manager of the store, Kirk checked me in. He was super friendly and gave me a little tour of the facility. He really went above and beyond to know more about me and help me where he could. 10/10 would recommend. Totally a 5-star experience.

So far I’ve only reserved the unit and the website asked for move in date but starting the rental 2 weeks before. It’s a toss up as to whether I’ll get that money back. I asked for Nov 1st rental but reserved 2 weeks prior The website doesn’t allow for that even though it asks you what day you need they charge you immediately. It’s a bad system. The manager was very helpful but I won’t know until Nov 1st.
