Could not have screwed up the paperwork for the vehicle more. Had to make the drive back to the dealer and try and contact them multiple times to get the paperwork so the vehicle could be registered. If you’re going to sell people vehicles at least give the paperwork you’re going to need.

Scheduled appointment. Arrived on time, was greeted immediately by a service technician (wearing a mask), went over service requirements and shown to the waiting area. Clean and nicely appointed space with coffee and other amenities available. Was updated on the progress of maintenance on my vehicle periodically. The car was ready as promised. Will return again.

Real simple. I phoned in for an appointment, talked to Vanessa, she gave me some options for times and I picked what fit my schedule. Took my vehicle in, they processed me in after greeting me and my wife and We left to go do some shopping. They called at about the time they told me it would be done. Vanessa explained the bill and we paid it. Friendly people and great to deal with.

When I purchased my 2015 GMC Sierra, I purchased an aftermarket warranty from Steve Schmitt. The work was done fairly quick and done right, the big issue I have with it is the warranty itself is not exactly what I was told. I was still on the hook for paying taxes for the work which I specifically asked when purchasing this warranty and was told no by the girl in the finance office. I feel as if she told me what I wanted to hear, once I purchased the warranty it was chalked up as a sale.
