This place is a 5 star dealership! The knowledge of the staff is outstanding! A NO pressure dealership! My salesperson, Noah, was amazing.. He was very knowledgeable about the Mini line of cars. Eager to hear what my needs were and very respectful. Many women feel threatened going to a dealership alone. Thinking they may be taken advantage of from a price standpoint and the overall deal. Well ladies, this is your dealership they offer a one price solution. Stop by and see Noah!!!! He is amazing!!!

Very underhanded and shady interaction with this dealership. I drove 80 miles to look at what I was told were a few cars that met my criteria, only to find out when I got there that there was really only one car currently on their lot that would possibly fit my needs. After test driving the car, I was told by the salesman that two other people wanted to buy the car and were ready to make deposits that day, and I needed to make a decision immediately about buying the car on the spot. This information was never conveyed to me by the salesperson until after I test drove the car. In a way, I felt like I was used by the salesperson to leverage a sale for someone else, and that he probably told the other buyer that I was considering buying the car. I guess that may be standard practice but to me it's pretty low thing to do. When I was there, I had my current car appraised for trade value. I was offered the lowest possible, actually insultingly low trade amount for my car, with no room for negotiation... The price quoted to me by a second salesman rated my vehicle in the poor category for Kelley Blue book... even though it's one owner, low mileage, well maintained, and in very good or at least good condition (both interior and exterior) category. I had one more car to look at over at the BMW dealership, which didn't work out for me and I told the sales person at Mini that I would let him know. As I was driving home, I received a text from the salesperson letting me know the car was already sold. That was less than an hour after I looked at the car. I'm not sure if he was trying to gloat or if as I said earlier he was using me; but, suffice it to say, I was sick to my stomach and felt quite used and mistreated. I will NEVER go back to this dealership, and I would never recommend them to anyone, especially a woman walking in on her own. I won't even go into details about how the 'sales' price for their cars are inflated IMO, with no room for a negotiation whatsoever.

As soon as Kyle Junek contacted us... we knew this was going to be a great experience. Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly. He even sent a personal video of a special edition car they had on there lot, which I ended up not getting... I had in my mind exactly what I wanted but ended up something completely different once we got on the Schomp property. Thanks Kyle and Schomp Mini for having such outstanding folks working for you. This is the second Mini I have purchased from Schomp and I will never buy one any place!
