Casey is so helpful and honest it’s refreshing. He’s straight to the point, while offering multiple options. He makes it a point to be clear about all the options you have and where you can/should start based on needs and budget. In my case, I have a couple frustrations, so before dumping more money into current boots, will snag some demo boots & skis from him. This way I can switch up a few options to really get a feel for what’s going on and when I do spend more, we’re confident it’s the right answer. He also knows so many folks in the industry/ area that it makes researching faster/easier, too. Just a solid guy - really lucky to have found him. Will be a loyal customer for sure!

I now have purchased two skis from him. He's tuned a set of skis for myself and my wife and then a hot wax on my mothers set of skis. His pricing is absolutely Fair, his sales on his used demo skis are amazing. I've never experienced customer service like his. Overall I'm a happy customer I will not return to a big chain for anything unless my life depended on it.

KC is very knowledgeable and professional. Nice selection to rent from. I came in to possibly buy some demos from last year. Unfortunately I couldn't find what I was looking for. KC could have pushed me towards something that maybe wasn't quite what I wanted to make a sale. Instead he recommended several other places where I could look for exactly what I wanted. Great customer service. Will definitely be back for tune up and rentals.

This place is a hidden gem. The guy that runs it is always friendly and personable. He is also very knowledgeable about skis, ski tuning, gear choices, and skiing in general. Finally, as others have said, this really is the best ski tune in town. I have never been disappointed with any of his professional-quality work.
