After our local carrier mis-delivered a package, I called the post office to resolve it. Their customer service was excellent and I was very impressed by how the Postmaster, David Sims, handled it. He took my call, personally investigated the matter, and knocked on my door about 30 minutes after I called to update me and walk me through the next steps. I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to my issue.

Save yourself the trouble and go straight to UPS same prices SUBSTANTIALLY better service every time. At USPS I approached an aggressively rude employee. Usps needs to do a better job with training employees on professionalism and customer service. I’ve never been to a post office that doesn’t print shipping labels. Yet the employee was raising her voice aggressively to me about it as if I didn’t get the memo that writing addresses straight on boxes is the new acceptable norm for 2020. If you’re out of shipping labels, you apologize, and provide a decent alternative.
Wasnt the best service when i called and tried to figure out my mail situation they were rude.
Nice people and fast service. My interactions with Gayle are always nothing but pleasant.
