Very Disappointed! I purchased a machine from Hildebrand Machinery and when the trucking company went to pick it up; Hildebrand loaded the Electrical Control Panel on the truck with No Skid or Support. The unit tipped over during transport and they blamed the trucking company for not strapping it good enough. From my experience; when you load the heart of machine onto a truck you ensure that it is skidded and strapped to the skid to prevent it from falling over. When informing Hildebrand of the damage from it tipping over they refused to cover the cost to fix the machine by diverting the blame to the trucking company. When clearly; in my opinion, it was their fault.
