I am very picky when it comes to hotels and my pet room was not nearly as bad as some other reviews sound on here. The bed was clean (I definitely check for bugs!) but very small for anyone over 5’5 and average weight. The kitchen was very clean as well. The couch and chair were not the cleanest but it’s also a pet friendly room. I appreciated the room service but during covid I’d rather be left to clean myself. I would stay here again if necessary, no real issues.

For the price it is ok, not great. We stayed in tlf, a full bed and a full pull out. Not comfortable and a bit small for 2 adults and a 15 year old. The shower was tricky, I couldn't figure out how to work it but my husband did. The views are great.

We was stationed overseas and I must say everything is nicer on base overseas, but when we moved to Hill after 15 years being in Germany and Italy I had no complaints about the rooms, yes of course you will notice the difference but it did not bothered us. We liked our room and of course the service we got. I guess is just the adjustment and get used to the difference of all AF INN Lodging.

Pet friendly rooms are horrible. My cat got fleas from the hotel and brought them to our new house. The A/C in the living room didn’t work, the A/C unit in one of the bed rooms worked half the time and the A/C unit in the last bed room worked. All the furniture is from the late 80’s. Hopefully you don’t have small children because there is no bathtub only a standing shower. 1 of the 3 burner on the stove worked and the kitchen is 2 feet wide by 20 feet long making it impossible to pass someone in the kitchen.

Terrible AFB lodging. Ceiling falling apart and bubbling up, walls peeling off, flooring cut up, TVs are super tiny, AC doesn't work well at all, and furniture is super outdated. The worst AFB lodging I've been to yet. Stay off base for around the same price. You'll be happy you did.

This is the saddest TLF I’ve ever stayed in. It’s old, run down, and beat up. Our first room had a toilet that leaked nasty water all over the bathroom, they moved us to a second room and this one has roaches. That probably means the other room had roaches we just didn’t see them before discovering the toilet leak. The rooms are in poor condition and the beds are miserable unless you like sleeping on a lumpy pile of rocks. The one saving quality is that it seems like the housekeepers try to keep the place clean. Maybe it’s just the Pet TLF rooms that they choose to neglect, and they take care of the other rooms. But how is that fair to pet owners?

The pet friendly portion of tlf is terrible. We walked in to a loveseat and chair from the early 90s that is covered in stains super uncomfortable. There was pet hair all over the floor from the previous stay I’m guessing. There is one bedroom with barely enough room to walk around the 30 year old full size bed. The bed is the old Spring style and if you could smell an odor through the sheets if your head wasn’t on the pillow. Also both ac units in our room did not work. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. They definitely are a rip off for military people leaving or arriving to hill.

Absolutely disgusting rooms. The pet friendly rooms and I don’t think I will be able to to rest. You would think with the covid issues going on, they would make sure everything is cleaned however there is pet hair all over, dust throughout the vents and a disgusting kitchen. The sheets are incredibly old and property incredibly outdated.
