Our American Bulldog had a large lump appear on her leg suddenly. Like...out of the blue. We took her to another vet who told us they thought it was cancer but couldn't tell me for sure until the lab results came back. After about a week of being told \maybe tomorrow\ we decided to go for a second opinion. Which is how we found Dr. Cindy. Dr. Cindy and the entire staff bent over backwards to see us quicky and help us get answers. Within days, we had an appointment at NCSU and, finally, answers! Through the entire process, Hill Creek was there with compassionate and prompt answers or help. It was 100% obvious they truly cared. Our girl, unfortunately, had to be sent across the bridge less than 2 months from initial lump discovery. Hill Creek and Dr. Cindy were there again, and made the experience absolutely perfect, our big goofy girl was happy until the very end and their words of support and encouragement meant more to us than they probably realized, in a situation we were still in shock by. Who could ask for more? I don't know how we haven't been clients of Hill Creek before but we will not go anywhere else now.
