The hair is great but the older lady that works at the temple hills location needs replaced I purchased what I thought was a 5*5 closure but it was a frontal once I got to my stylist I was so disappointed :(

I bought 14, 12 ,10 inche bundles and a closure. The hair was nice and soft with no shedding.

Second time buying hair from here and it always good quality.My first time trying the salon next door and my experience was good. TORI slayed my hair. This was my first time getting a closure and i am not disappointed.I wasn't able to assist her with holding down the closure due to my disability but she adjusted and was still able to get it done looking nice. Because of my disability im very self conscious about my looks but she made me feel comfortable, made sure i was OK during the whole process and treated me like a normal person which i appreciated.I left the salon feeling more confident then when I first walked in. I will be returning for maintenance and installs from Tori.....No more heat damaged leave-out for me.!!!!
