We originally had planned to fly before COVID hit so we decided to do a family RV trip vacation instead. It was so fun! My wife and I picked up a 30 ft RV to drive with our kids and our dog. When we picked up, they explained everything to us about the generator, propane, water, etc so we knew what to do (I had never driven before). It was so straightforward! We drove to Rockies with the kids, brought our bikes, and dogs, and camped the whole way. The vehicle worked great and I got the hang of driving such a big truck after the first 50 miles or so. Never had any issues operating or hooking up. Ended up going \u003e3000 miles! The kids loved it. This was one of our favorite vacations. Will definitely rent again, especially from this location. They were great!

Really a wonderful group of people. We rented an RV for a weekend vacation and the staff were very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very friendly.
We rented the large RV and went to KY (Beachbend Raceway) for a long weekend. We loved it and will definitely rent again. The guys were great to work with. The RV was in great shape and got good gas mileage. Only one gripe..... The generator was old and stopped working a couple of times. Lots of dudes with wrenches around so it wasn't a big problem. We will be back!
This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a travel company. If I could give a negative star rating I definitely would. I had a circumstance where I had to cancel within 48 hours of my appointment and without any discussion, the rep informed that she was sorry, but would not work with me. She wouldn’t discount any part of my 300 deposit and that since it’s in their policy, there was nothing she could do. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will make it a point to never use this company again and make it a point to guide anyone I know to never use them. They scam you out of your deposit and use policy instead of customer service to help. This is how they make their money. What ever you do, don’t use this company! Ever!
