If you are in search of a reliable and compassionate individual to care for your child, please reconsider this company. We had a very unfortunate experience. We hired Kirsten, who appeared at first to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable. On her second day, she abruptly quit with no notice. She gave us a major scare by telling us that one of our children had choked on her spit-up and possibly aspirated, urging us that this was “so scary” and too much a “liability issue” for her. I rushed her to the doctor a couple hours later, sure something was wrong as she’s very healthy and never had this issue. My mom, a seasoned infant nurse of 42 years, had cared for her many nights with no issues. The doctor laughed and said healthy babies do not aspirate on their spit-up, then he wrote this in a note for Kirsten to put her mind at ease. Interestingly, she still refused to come back that night to give us time to look for other help. No notice, no honest explanation. We were so fortunate that good friends stepped in and helped us fill the gap. The experience was really frustrating. Definitely look elsewhere- I know night help is scarce during this pandemic, but there are better options out there to care for your precious little ones!

Ohio Baby Co. is the best! Kirsten is so calm, caring, and knowledgeable. She knows how to take care of baby but ALSO knows how important it is for mom to feel cared for, rested, and healthy. She was SO helpful to me when I had my second child... I wish she had been there when I was a first-time mom!
I've known Kirsten for about 2 years now. She, herself, is the exemplary superwoman we all strive to be! She's run this incredible business, stepped up for her family in ways most have seen impossible during the pandemic and has continued to grow her business! You'll definitely be blessed to have her guidance with your little ones!!
I don’t even know where to begin with these two ladies! Cannot say enough amazing things about them! They came and stayed nights with us when our son was born to help us. We had some issues with our baby not sleeping around 2 months.. they came helped with laundry, cooking actually anything and everything! Kirsten gave so much advice and help on sleep schedules, even reflux advice to discuss with our doctor. They set up us up on a nighttime sleep schedule. I reached out to kirsten so many times about random things.. first time mom and she never judged always offered so much support. They both came to help us sleep train our son and honestly it was amazing! Best decision we ever made! He sleeps through the night and I didn’t have to have the pressure of getting him down. I felt so comfortable every step of the way! They are the sweetest best ladies and our son loves them! I honestly love these two women! Such lifesavers!! Kirsten and Caroline.. I cannot sing your praises enough! You gave us back sleep and so much help/support as a new mom! They are such a knowledgeable amazing set of ladies! Couldn’t recommend more!
