I am a first time recent customer and WOW!!! No need to buy a Japanese knife as they make great kitchen knives. If I could give 10 stars I would. They make the best! Sharp like a razor blade, well balanced, light and the custom Amboyna Burl handle is spectacular! Taylor made my knife, let him make one for you!
