My wife and I just bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Chris Bryan. He took total care of us, answered all of our questions and made the buying process simple and easy. They are willing to work with you on the price and are very open and transparent about everything. Having been here only 3 months, Chris is doing a Superb Job and has amazing people skills. I'll give 5 stars to David. He was great. We came a few nights before thanksgiving and I had no intention of buying a car. A few hours later we drove off the lot with a car that I'm thrilled about (Pacifica). Had David been pushy at all, I would have pushed right back. He lulled me into a nice sense of comfort with his easy going personality. He was receptive to all of our requests/questions and so easy to work with. He went out of his way, including staying well after close to make sure we were happy with our purchase. This is the first review I've written in about a decade. It is unusual that I would feel so compelled to compliment someone. He did great. Give him whatever you need to keep him on board.

John McCrary & Randy May were both fantastic to work with! When I walked into the dealership on a Tuesday, John was exceptionally knowledgeable about the SUV's available and allowing me to take a socially distanced test drive with no pressure. After test driving two different vehicles (I was comparing a Durango to a Grand Cherokee), I decided to go home and think on my pending vehicle purchase. John was informative by letting me know about the exceptional deals (and they really were exceptional!) coming up for the 4th of July weekend. I ended up calling the dealership on Friday a little after 7pm and even though they were closed, Randy picked up and stayed on the phone with me for over an hour while we discussed what I was looking for and he looking though the available inventory in the Pacific NW. We ended up finding a vehicle somewhere in Northern Washington that met all of my needs, and between Randy & John, they were able to not only secure the vehicle for me but really did get the best deal possible for me through the special incentives that weekend. I thought after all they had done so far, that I was still going to have to come in to do all of my paperwork; but again they exceeded my expectations by bringing it all to my doorstep in a socially distanced fashion so I felt comfortable and safe. John showed up with not only a face mask, but a face shield and gloves, even suggesting that we use our own pens in lieu of any he may have. I was astounded and pleased that they truly took my health in the highest regard. My Jeep Grand Cherokee is now being delivered to my doorstep fully cleaned and sanitized for my safety. I just can't say enough how much I appreciate everything that this sales team did for me and my family, this dealership truly is family at its' core.
