The people are very welcoming and it feels like a family. The music at 11 mass will have you singing. Father's homily also seems hit home with me and makes me think. You should come to mass to find out for yourself

What makes Good Shepherd so special? It's quite simple, but yet profound. We are living the Gospel! It's no longer just stories of what happened long ago. The Woman at the Well, Prodigal Son Return and many other Gospel truths are being lived out. Father Chris preaches on the Jesus's message of Love, the power of community, and God's plan for each of us. It might be a little different from other Catholic churches, but it is transformational.

This is the typical small, rural church in America's heartland. Beautiful windows, bright white paint, raised altar. On a somber note, I was there to attend a funeral service for my Uncle. Truly a perfect location for his service.
