I'm not sure how the Owner of the company, JOHN can employ a SLUM LORD like Mike Plunkett. Telling the tenant to move in \AS IS\ with holes in the doors, carpet that is dirty and needs to be cleaned, the apartment wasn't clean. Then when promising his tenant when they moved out they would get their deposit back- he does not answer phone calls/texts, he runs, ducks and dodges them. Spending 2 hours of COMPANY time dilly dallying and not giving the tenant their deposit back. When they have texts proving he said he would send them the money!! See you in SMALL CLAIMS COURT, MIKE PLUNKETT.
