Had my outback serviced 2/26-Friday 915am. I had accidentally scheduled wrong dealer \u200d️When greeted and checked in by Sacramento he assured me it was ok and that my car would be seen. I always service my Subaru at royal more due to living at the coast I schedule multiple appointments in one day. Sacramento was personable and polite and helpful! It made my day to have such good service when I had made a mistake in scheduling. Thanks to Sacramento ! what a great asset to the new service department! Thank you!

I had a 2005 Subaru Legacy that I was planning to sell, hoping to get at least 3,500 for, a little below blue book. The \check air bag\ light had come on, which I hoped was under warranty since Royal Moore had installed a new one less than a year ago after a recall. When I brought it in to have it checked, they went over the entire car looking for other issues (I didn't even realize they would do this) and informed me that the head gasket was possibly leaking. They said this was a very expensive repair, over 3,000 because they would have to pull out the entire engine block to diagnose and then repair. Even if they pulled it out and found it wasn't the head gasket, that effort would still constitute most of the cost. So, essentially, I brought my car in for a \check air bag\ light, and they came back to me with the news that my car was essentially totalled. Deciding at this point that the car was no longer worth the effort to try to sell for a few hundred dollars (since I would feel compelled to be honest about this news to a potential buyer), I decided to donate the car for a tax break in 2022. This was a huge hit to us, as I was counting on money from this car to help pay for our newer car. Fast forward a month, the car is donated, and I have since learned from other shops (I should have seeked a second opinion earlier) that what Royal Moore told me about \the only way to diagnose is to pull the entire engine block out\ is ot necessarily true.\ So, I am left realizing that Royal Moore's attempt to fleece me of my money has now cost me over 3,000. Long story short, will not be going back.

Very pleased with the service here and how Mr. Torres and the team took care of my Subaru. I brought my car in on New Year’s Eve and even with most of the city closed or at home, everyone at Royal Moor was very helpful and never skipped a beat. My wife and I were very impressed with both the service and friendliness of the staff here. In addition Royal Moore had the best price on the Subaru Ascent we wanted. Seriously, I price compared four other dealerships; Royal Moore has the best price. Greg was very helpful explaining our options, and Karen in the finance department was straight forward and did not try to up sell us on extras we didn't need. We highly recommend them. I bought the car, my wife is happy, enough said.
