Chief Roofing was actually the second company I called to take a look at damage on our roof. I never felt pressured that I had to sign on with them when the insurance claim was approved, which was appreciated. They were very responsive and took the time to explain anything I had questions about which, as a new home owner, I had a lot of. They were able to squeeze me in weeks before the quoted time. The crew didn't waste anytime in the morning and protected the area around the house. It only took around 6 hours to rip out the old shingles and put new ones on. Overall very smooth experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quick and responsive to requests for an estimate and then following up to get me on the list of projects. I appreciated the time taken during the initial meeting to answer all my questions, to show me samples, and show me photos of other houses that had selected the same product. Work done quickly and without any debris (and my HOA can be picky!). Glad they were recommended to me and will also be recommending them to others.
We recently had Chief Roofing repair and replace the roof of our house, including new shingles. In addition, we had them install an attic fan. Originally, we expected the job to require two days, but the installation crew was meticulous in their approach, and the job ran an extra day. As a result, the new roof looks fantastic and we are confident that the repairs and replacement were done to exacting standards. From the time the estimator came to price out the job until the time the installation crew left, all of our interactions with Chief Roofing were professional and courteous. Finally, they were extremely accommodating, adjusting the installation schedule to fit our requirements. We recommend them without hesitation.
