Worst medical facility I have ever encountered. I had at-home sleep study in Apr, 2016. The lady at the reception told me that there are two payment options: pay about 500 with insurance or about 250 with cash. I chose cash, 'cause I thought I would still save accounting for deductibles. Couple months later I've got another bill for 150. Turned out it is from physician who reads the device and it is a separate bill from 250 which turned out to be just a hospital charge for device lease. When talking with the same reception lady, I asked how come she not tell me about other charges. She said she did not tell because she doesn't know how much exactly would be the charge. Stupidest answer!!!

I went to the Cardiology center, Dr. Dobrescu. All staff is extremely kind, caring and helpful. Dr. Dobrescu is one of the nicest doctors I've ever had. She is so kind, polite, funny, and she sits and talks with you. I've had imaging done here as well, and it was a pleasant experience.

While the room looks nice, large bed, big screen TV, it is almost impossible to sleep in this environment due to excessive noise from the ventilation system. When I complained I was told that it could not be turned off. When the person in the next room used his/her bathroom it was so loud I though he/she was in my bathroom. Also easy to overhear conversations in the hall outside the room. In short, the building has no sound deadening insulation. I will never go back to this facility.

It was as pleasant as other sleep studies, especially a satellite facility. Clean, orderly place and pleasant staff. How can one be comfortable or pleasant when wired up like a "crash manequin". Not their fault, it is the nature of the test. It could be a lot worse.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. I was immediately shown to my room for the night. Very business like, my technician was Magdna she was well versed and explained everything as to how the night would go .No noise at all, is a matter of fact it was almost scary quite. I have no complaints at all . In the morning I was informed I would be brought back for a second study most likely done with a mask. There was proof of sleep apnea. The only thing to mention would be to pay close attention to your navigation divice the actual addresss is 331 Doctors Way not 331 RT 206 N. It does say it on the pre paper work but it could be overlooked they should emphasize it on the phone as well.

Been a patient for about 4 years and am now looking for a different option. Although the staff and doctors have treated me well and professionally, I felt like the office is a one-trick pony. CPAP and that's it. No effort was made to try and determine why after 4 years on CPAP I still wasn't getting a good night sleep. There are many new treatment options and devices out there, but RWJ doesn't bother exploring them.

I have nothing positive to say about my experience with RWJ/Sleep for Life. Between the doctor rushing to just through the appointment, the nightmare I had to go through with the billing, and the overall rudeness of the staff I decided to seek help elsewhere. Unfortunately I am dealing with some loose ends with them and am still reviving the bad attitudes and lack of help. Hopefully it will be over soon.
