I called in to this company to ask about getting some work done, and the receptionist was very off-putting and rude. For some reason, she seemed to have an attitude right off the bat as if I wasn't supposed to call in asking for their business. All in all, I ended up changing my mind and they lost business.

John Domici and his incredible team do incredible work! I found General Tool Specialties inc. after being told by at-least 20 molders that our parts could not be produced \It was too big and too complicated for injection molding.\ John took the project under his wing as if it was his product, which I greatly appreciated. John ensured each milestone was met on time and on budget without cutting ANY corners. I hope to make many molds with General Tool Specialties Inc. in the future. If only I found this company sooner I would have saved so much time and money. Our parts are proudly made in the USA thanks in-part to quality molding made by General Tool Specialties Inc.
