My morning preparation is to grind the beans fresh before brewing. I even have a specialized sealed container by removing the majority of air to maintain the freshness of the beans. All of this online and via texted conversations. Helps to have family in the business to help out in selections.

First off, the coffee is really great! The ice cream is also yummy with a shot of espresso, and drizzled with chocolate! Our to go lunch, which was a Tuna sandwich and the pork wrap, they both were prepared by Sadia, she gave us excellent service with a big smile!
EXCELLENT quality coffee!!! You can really taste the difference and tell that it has been freshly roasted. Friendly staff too! So glad we stopped by!
Yummy croissants and biscuits with gravy. Wonderful sourdough bread.
We brought our Hamakua coffee in for finishing, they checked, dried, processed and roasted it to perfection. Ample parking, ADA accessible, food, gifts and more.

i iive right around the corner and came here for the first time today.. service was awsome. it was verry personal. jeanett gave us a short tour,lesson of different coffees, roasts ect . I enjoyed my self and will be returning regularly...
