Stay away! Sent equipment with bad battery, wrong size and then charging for trip on its return. Then ignored calls. Rude, unprofessional and crooks. Sold me used charger for 500 then his driver held key to get another 300 for key. I highly recommend to stay away from these crooks because all they want is money and in return you don't get professional service and good equipment. Long story short stay away from Hilo guys to avoid hassles. Your reply is lie Dave. When you send wrong size Hilo and battery with 3 cells empty you can not charge me for driver and you also lie he don't work for you. He is always there when I came and working for you so don't play games. 6000 - 3500 2500 and then you said charger is 500 so total 3000. The mistake I made was trusted you.
I purchased a hi-low from the Hi-low guy in February 2020. I had an issue - contacted Dave - he took care of it. It works great now. I appreciate his knowledge, I will continue to do business with the Hi-low Guy!!!

Dave is fair, easy to work with, and accommodating. Within 30 minutes of our initial call, he was at his warehouse to show us his collection, point out what could work for us depending on our needs, and offered logistic arrangements. Within the next 30 minutes, we were sold on one his fresher forklifts. We have yet to finalize the transaction, but our organization is hoping for a long term relationship.
