A little tough to find in the dark, but definitely worth it!! one of my favorite places away from home.

Relaxed, isolated and beautiful. Accommodating hosts with reasonable food, decent facilities, and nice ambience. Shower was excellent, bed decent, kitchen well equipped. Really, it's all about the setting and atmosphere rather than the amenities. Lots of frog noise overnight and very very damp.

Very nice bed and breakfast style inn. The view if the waterfall is unbeatable right from the breakfast balcony. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you with any questions you have about the island. There's no AC in the rooms but it wasn't ever hot enough for that to matter. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that when we arrived at the inn there was no staff to greet us and no indication of when they would return. We were there before check-in time so we just left and came back after check-in time and we're able to get the keys to our room then. So while the staff is friendly they only seem to be around at certain times if the day.

The concept of staying next to a waterfall sounds lovely… However! It means that there are tons of bugs and mosquitoes. You’ll fight these tiny creatures every minute for your entire stay. The rooms look nice at first, but if you get a closer look you’ll realize that they’re not cleaned very well or up kept. Their famous breakfast is no longer served because of COVID-19, and it seems that this business is trying to cut corners everywhere they can. I understand needing to cut costs, but you still need to be hospitable to the guests that you do have left. The whole experience was underwhelming and honestly a bit disappointing.

Homey and completely unreal! How could there possibly be a hotel in the middle of the rainforest??? But it's true!
