Sales is great. Service not spectacular. Purchased their high end foam gun after the product clearly failed (foam coming from valve not the nozzle). I was informed of hilti's 14 return policy ( I was under 30 and over 14) and foam guns not being a warranty item. They do not stand behind all of their products!!! Any other retailer would have made good on a clearly defective products within 23 days of purchase. I get it if it fails after 3 month or a year. Under 30 especially for a pro tools. Make an exception and keep your clients happy.
