I’ve been going to this store for years and recently had a very poor experience with one of their staff. I went with my mother and when we walked in, the cashier was on FaceTime with her mask below her chin. My mother politely asked her to pull up her face mask and although she obliged, she rolled her eyes at us and continued to chat with whoever she was talking to on FaceTime. We left the store without purchasing anything. I contacted the store and requested to speak with a manager. Lilia (spelling?) contacted me but that conversation was equally as upsetting. I like to support small business, but I won’t be going back.

I had a problem with missing pieces from a game I purchased. I tried to exchange the game and had a bad experience in the store. The owner promptly reached out to me and corrected the issue.
