Very poor experience! Inexcusable management responses! If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Rented two, 4-hr rafts today. One of the rafts began to deflate and cause a leak an hour after we began. We had to tie the two rafts together and shift all of the weight to one side in order to minimize the leak. This was not a fun thing to have happen. It scared the small children and was alot of work trying to finesse these two rafts together to salvage this experience. When we returned and explained what had happened, they weren’t the least bit interested nor did they care or show any sympathy for the hardship we had to endure using their equipment! All they were concerned with was the money. They even said “we don’t care or worry about things like that”!! So it definitely left a stain on the humanity side of things. I try to avoid places like this. I’d rather find a substitute rental place and do business with moral and intelligent people than support businesses who assess a higher value to a dollar sign than they do to actual people!

Nice float the only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because they had aluminum canoes. I hate aluminum canoes

Friendly staff and they offer car spotting for people who bring their own gear. Makes life super easy to pack up and go when your car is waiting for you at the end of your river trip!
