For years I've been trying to convince my wife to switch to Ford from GM. Just this past Friday my wife was supposed to get a Buick Encore GX through the GM Legacy family first plan. She's been leasing GM cars for 25 years because that's where her late father worked. Everything was set up for pickup until we received a call from Sellers Buick that everything had fallen through and we for some reason wasn't getting the plan. And they needed 1,600 dollars more to cover the plan. So I called my salesman Shaun Hardy and he saved the day. Monday she picked up her new Ford Edge. Way to go Shaun. Thanks for excellent work on such short notice. Now I am happy to say my wife's convinced. If you need a outstanding salesman call Shawn Hardy at Hines park Ford.

I ordered and have confirmation for a First Edition Bronco. At some point, my order was changed to a Wildtrack even though I have confirmation of a First Edition. After weeks of blaming the Bronco rep. and assurances to get if fixed they tell me it was a glitch and they can't fix it and the Bronco rep. will call me. I have not received a call and it has been 2 weeks since my last communication. I believe my order was intentionally switched to give someone else my reservation. I will not remove this review unless this is fixed.

Great service from Hines Park Service Dept. and Brett Provenzale. Had my truck in there which needed a new exhaust manifold and a few other things. My truck was done in two days. Every time I called Brett was available right away, and he even stayed 10 minutes late one night so that I could get my truck after work.

I received very courteous and prompt communication from Joelle Quinkert, and completed my sale with Michelle Kwiecien. The car was very reasonably priced, clean, and safe. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
