Marcus my sales person was always avialable to help even after couple days iI bought my car. Joe in finance also delivered an amazing job, assisting me to get the best rate possible with the bank knowing it would be hard because it was my first car. My husband and I just purchased our second car from your dealership and again had a wonderful experience! Marcus was great! We were looking at several different cars at other dealerships, but the decision was easy based on Marcus and Johnny (the manager) help. They never tried to pressure us and took the time to understand our needs and budget. We are thrilled with both of our Lexus's. Had a very good experience the Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. Marcus' approach was very customer-centric. No pressure of any kind and he respected my desire to sleep on my decision, even though he would probably have liked to close the deal on the day of my visit. He handled everything. All I had to do was test drive my car, pick my color and sign on the dotted line. Will definitely be returning for my future car buying needs. Great Job!!!!
