Everyone was so helpful at Hingham Jewelers. I had my engagement ring sized and it was a very easy process. The ring did not have get sent out of the building, which I felt was very important. Michael kept me very up to date with everything that was going on with the ring! We will definitely be back for maintenance of the ring and I have a couple other things in mind there! Thank you so much!

Stacey at Hingham Jewelers did an amazing job resetting my engagement ring and wedding band. She helped select a design based on ideas that I gave and was able to use all of the original stones from my rings. The new ring is incredible and exceeded my expectations. It came in under my budget too which was a bonus. Stacey was recommended to my by a friend. I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the product. I highly recommend Hingham Jewelers.

I went to Hingham Jewelers to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and was completely out of my element as I imagine more people are. Not to fear, Elaine made the process very easy and as stress-free as possible. She took the time to walk me through all the different aspects of engagement rings (bands, diamonds, shape, clarity, etc.) answering my questions all along the way. I am a jewelry novice and she imparted enough information to make me feel completely comfortable with my decision and subsequent purchase. I bought the engagement ring in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic and felt completely safe in their store. To make things safer/more convenient Elaine was able to communicate over email and take payments over the phone. After my proposal, we went back to have the ring resized ever so slightly. The resizing took only a few days and it was performed at no additional cost. My fiance and I are 100% satisfied with Elaine and Hingham Jewelers. We plan to back to purchase wedding bands in the near future. Thank you to everyone at Hingham Jewelers for the fantastic stress-free experience!
