I have used Dan 3 times as in the past he was quick to respond and did a great job for a very reasonable price. This last time he gets a zero and I will not only never use him again, but I will not recommend him to anyone. Here is what happened: I called to set up an appointment and he said text me a time after 10 days because he was busy and so I said fine and waited. After the time was up I texted him again since he was not answering his phone. I sent him my name address and gave him free rein when he was available to come as long as it was an after noon appt. He said fine and gave me a Tuesday appt. He didnt call so I called him and he answered saying Im NOT coming. I am sick will have to be Thursday. I told him that was fine hoped he got better soon. Thursday I called him when he didnt show up and he treated me rudely and said he was not coming ...nothing else. I sent him a text that I had been sitting there waiting andwished that he had at least let me know...WELL... he called me then! He screamed IM NOT COMING WE HAVE A TREE ON OUR HOUSE. I could hear how angry he was and he was the one who missed all of our appoints with no call no show nothing. I'm a 60 year old disabled veteran female and yelling at me was very unprofessional and upset me very badly. No dont use him he needs to get his priorities straight and see a professional as no one deserves to be treated like that.
This company was scheduled a week in advance. He was supposed to arrive at our house this morning at 8:00. He sent me a text message at 8:13 stating he needed to reschedule. I didn’t bother responding. I called Squeaky Clean Carpet Cleaning around 8:30 and they were able to come at 1:00 the same day. They did a great job!
I called to set up an appointment his attitude when he answered was awful, he would cut me off before i could even finish asking a question. I had him on speaker and my 21 year old daughter even asked who was that being so rude. I told him no thank you and hung up. I refuse to spend money with anyone unprofessional over the phone especially when you're the one that chose this profession.
Fit my carpet cleaning in quickly (within a few days) and was decent on price. My only complaint is that i got my carpet cleaned on friday at about 10 am and by 10 pm my carpet was still extremely wet. It was wet until the next evening. I set towels down on high traffic areas after my kids got home and they were soaked. (No, i didnt leave the towels on the carpet overnight). I can say that the carpet was cleaner and my house smelled fresh and clean though. Its been a couple months now and we havent noticed any stains returning.
