My son purchased a truck from Taylor at this dealership. He was very patient and customer service was great. I think it was the manager, he loves military and had patches from many services so of course I had to ensure Army was being represented. I came home and ripped a patch for him, lol. I would recommend this place. They love military, first responder and all that proudly serve.

I would avoid this dealer at all costs. After speaking with someone there and putting in my credit application I was told I was approved and just needed to come in and sign some paperwork. This could not have been further from the truth. I had given the sales person on the phone my credit score, my current balance on my car loan, how much down payment I had, the payment range i needed everything and was told I was approved by their finance manager. I get to the dealer and that was not the case. I wasted 2 hours of my time going back through the whole finance piece only to be told I was being turned down even though they had every piece of information up front. They wanted to sell the car i wanted but leave me with my current vehicle to sell on my own. After an email calling them out on this they went back and miraculously they could do it if i had 5 times the amount of down payment we agreed on. Run don't walk away from this place and their dishonest practices.
