I found this place about 2 years ago and loved it. I only bring my expensive items to them to fix. Great customer service with a smile.

Mark helped my husband and I create a beautiful custom ring for our 15th anniversary. We were able to use the stones from my original wedding set in the design. He listened to what I wanted and created a sketch of it while we were there, then, a few days later, he created a 3D prototype for me to approve. It was better than I ever expected and very reasonably priced for the custom design and work. I would recommend Mark and Criterion to anyone who truly wants a unique look! Mark has been designing and creating jewelry for many years and definitely knows what he is doing!

Love the staff here. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they spent the time with me to get it just right. I was blown away at the finished product, the price was amazing, and the craftsmanship says that they love what the do. I’m a customer for life.

I brought my watch here to have some links added to the bracelet, and it took them 20 minutes to add 2 links. After getting home I noticed the jeweler had left a MASSIVE, deep, scratch on the watches clasp, on the polished section so it’s extremely obvious. This has not been my first bad experience with them either. I brought a watch to them to see if it needed a repair and after giving me the watch back, I asked if it was an automatic or quartz movement, to which the woman replied “oh yeah it’s an automatic, just needs a servicing.” After I got home I opened the watch myself to find a quartz movement under the caseback. NEVER again will I trust them with one of my watches. They’ve been extremely careless and dishonest, and their prices are not competitive.
