Needed a COVID test for myself and my Mom. We made two separate appointments online. Was very simple to do on our phones. We uploaded our personal info, as well as our insurance. If you're not paying out of pocket, make sure they accept your insurance before you make the appointment. The guy in front of me in line was quite upset that they weren't able to take his. Our appointments were made for the following day...the first at 9:40am and the second at 10:10. We called to let them know we were waiting outside in our vehicle but no one answered. I went inside and waited for about 5 minutes before the receptionist showed up. The 9:40 appointment turned into a 10am visit, but they accommodated both of us at the same time. So, what could have turned into an hour and a half process took us only about 45, including our results (which were negative, thankfully). Great experience. Definitely recommend.

I had a terrible rash on my legs and especially on my private areas after doing a Brazilian wax. I couldn’t walk well because it hurt as I had being burnt. Doctor recommended the best treatment possible. Thank you.

Clean facility and professional staff. First time at this location to treat a very sore throat. Originally visited my regular PCP who didn’t do much for me but tell me they were sending my swab to a lab. Still haven’t heard back. The next day I came to this location and The Doctor & Nurse C. Scully were so helpful. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong without sending my swabs to the lab first but they made sure I left their facility with some sort of relief because they knew something was wrong. The very next day at 8am, I received a call from the doctor asking me to come back in after reviewing my lab results. I went right in where he treated me and sent me home with a few prescriptions. 6 hours later & I feel so relieved. I am so thankful for this facility because I’ve been miserable the last 3 days. I will highly recommend this practice to my friends and family. I will for sure be back for my basic care visits.

I was hesitant in trying a new office since my normal location was booked and unavailable. This Hiram location is AWESOME and accommodating!!!! Professionalism and best practices within a clean and inviting facility made me a new and highly satisfied customer. I will gladly be a repeat customer if needed.

I have been coming to physicians immediate Med and now Peachtree immediate Med for nearly 20 years! I am blown away EVERY TIME with the care I get. All of the people from the front desk to the nurses to the Dr.s, (Dr. Nagel has treated my whole family for things over the years) are ALWAYS caring, the always listen and are thorough. I loved the female Dr. I saw yesterday. I have seen her a few times over the past couple years and she’s always really wonderful also. Terry did a great job of taking care of me and the darling receptionist, Jasmine, who I was snarky with on the phone was so pleasant and sweet. I was snarky because I was frustrated that I had to get another Covid test before I was able to be seen even though I just had one like two or three days before. But that had nothing to do with her and I promptly let her know that it was not her that I was frustrated with. But she remained very sweet throughout the whole conversation. God bless you Jasmine! I don’t know the girls name who checked me in yesterday I don’t think it was Jasmine though. She was darling and sweet. All of you have I can imagine been under horrible pressure and crazy circumstances these past few months and yet your service and dedication to your patients has not slept at all. The attitudes of all the people were great and kind and sweet. I am so so thankful for my community urgent care that I have pretty much dumped my PCP for for most of my health care needs
