Always a good experience here. The showroom is closed due to Covid but they will put your order in your car for you. They process quickly and have reasonable prices for candle making materials. Shop IG: @openmind_fulness or at Ennyluap in Phipps plaza if you're interested in candles made from their products

AMAZING customer service and Bomb fragrances are what you will find here! Keisha helped me with an order issue and also assisted with the pickup order!! She is fabulous and represented the FC well! Her customer service was better than Chick-Fil-A. I’m not even exaggerating! The other guy who assisted with pickup was super helpful as well! This was a great first experience and will not be my last!!

Only giving a 3 as this was my first time picking up orders from the warehouse. I was in a rush and so didn't check to see if it was all there.. I had a total of 4 orders I was picking up. The ladies was sweet however they only loaded 3 into my car.So was very disappointed to drive a total of 2 hrs there and back to be missing one of them. I emailed the company and I'm sure they will fix It as they should be able to see what was loaded if the have cameras.The other items I'm satisfied with especially the fragrances.

Their fragrance oils are great. But, none of them weigh what's advertised. They're always way off and I feel like I'm being not just cheated out of, but robbed of my money. Whether I'm buying an ounce, 4 ounces, 20 ounces, that's what I'm wanting! That's what I paid for! And, I'm not the only customer experiencing this!!! STOP GIVING LESS THAN WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR!!!!

Seriously this company is amazing. All of the product are quality. I have compared the pricing with other companies and they have the best. The ladies at the front desk are super helpful and knowledgeable. I even got a free fragrance with my order. The soaps that I have made with their molds come out really beautiful. The triple butter I’ve clear and the honey are my favorites but all the bases are amazing. I love theFlaming Candle. I pick up at the Warehouse and it is fast organized and packaged well. I also purchased the scale from them. Price was cheaper then Michael’s and hobby lobby.
