NP Matthew keeps giving me the run around. His only help to me is to tell me to keep going back to the ER, after the ER told me to follow back up with him. He doesn’t want to help me at all. I’m not sure about the other doctors, but don’t see Matthew.

I called mid January and was given an appointment for March 20th. In the meantime I went to Walmart Heathcare because of the pressure in my ear. Turns out I had fluid in my ear and they recommended I see ENT doctor. Today they called to reschedule. Next appointment not until May. This is freaking ridiculous. I took the appointment but told them I would be looking for another doctor.

Had an appointment in February. Dr wanted MRI and stated someone would call to schedule. Over a month later no one called so I called and apparently someone was supposed to call but didn’t? Really?? So I schedule my own MRI and am still waiting for them to call me with results, already called several times. Getting my records and will find another place to read the MRI. Living in pain everyday waiting... not to mention they are really fast billing you though for a hearing test to confirm I couldn’t hear, I told you I couldn’t hear. Figures. I got absolutely no help from this place.

Great experience! Everything went smooth and quick. The staff was very helpful and I felt like they went out of their way to help me . If you are lucky you will get Aimee to help you, she is fantastic!

I left this office more confused than when I came in. I visited this practice for an ear issue and NP Matthew Estes seemed okay at first up until he gave my diagnosis in the hallway. I couldn't understand why he didn't take me to a private patient room to explain my diagnosis. Also NP Estes seemed unsure and nonchalant about the diagnosis and told me to just get some Flonase and come back in six months for a re-evaluation. The Medical Assistant, Felicia was also unfriendly and wasn't personable, making the experience very awkward. However, the audiologist Sara Simmons was very friendly and comforting. I will be getting a second opinion as I am very disappointed in the unprofessional atmosphere that I experienced. Overall, I would not recommend NP Matthew Estes due to his lack of professionalism.
