I worked with Hired for my most recent position and overall the experience was great. I like the different model and the pace of the process. Working with my talent advocate, Sean, was great. He was on top of the whole process guiding me through. I would definitely recommend them as a company and an agency. My company had such a great experience with them that we are still using them for the additional open positions.

Looking into the reviews, I tried Hired. I am a software developer recently relocated to US and looking for job. I got selected to be part of their talent pool and go live for a month. I was assigned a talent advocate Jeremy Corbett, who went through my profile/resume and shared his insight. I was impressed to see that he is actually putting his time and efforts in me. But I did not see any interview requests except one that too was just a introductory call that never went ahead to interview. The response I got from Jeremy was that they candidate with my skills/experience generally get 4-5 calls but they are seeing a slow this time but I was not at all happy. Other drawback I faced with Hired is that there was nothing much that I could do. I can't see the employers/openings, so I just waited entire month for interview requests but dint get one. I am waiting to go live again on their system and if things were slow that time, hope I can see some good interview requests this time. Will update the review if my experience changes.

I used Hired to find my new job. All around, it was an excellent experience. I was introduced to over 20 companies, all who moved through their processes quickly. The process is much better than any approach I've used before. I liked that the companies were bidding for me. The Hired process pushed the companies to be as transparent as possible. I also appreciated the generous Hired Bonus . :)

While they want you to believe they've reinvented the wheel, Hired is competing in the same job market along with everyone else. If you can't find a job matching your skills, odds are Hired won't have any matches for you either. They want you to believe that they're on YOUR side, acting as an agent instead of a recruiter, but they still get paid by the employers. This \Lending Tree\ BS about having employers compete for you SOUNDS nice, especially for those of us battered by a tightening job market, but aside from a little additional 1:1 hand-holding, they're really just another recruiter. They have no secret network of companies just DYING to hire people who can't find tech jobs elsewhere.

Working with Hired was a great experience. I received 20 interview requests in one week, chose five to interview with, and received three written offers. The entire process from creating my profile on Hired to receiving written offers took less than three weeks. My talent advocate at Hired helped me navigate the offers and make the best choice based on my individual circumstances. Hired is an awesome resource for top engineers and designers to find their next job. I recommend it without reservation.
