I highly recommended this place to anyone. I have severed nerve pain on my neck that radiate down to my right shoulder and arm for around five years now. I’ve went to many places and nothing worked. I found Dr Nakamura on Yelp and decided to give it a try. His Japanese background that made me think of the good morals, work ethics, and knowledgeable of Japanese people in general. After my two treatments with him, I felt a lot better. Most of my pain went away, and I can felt all my muscles are less tense. He spent the whole hour treating me every time. If you are having chronic pain, and like to use the alternative way of acupuncture you should give it a try. Don’t waste your money and time anywhere else!

Hiro has helped figure out and tackle some issues I'm having pertaining to inflammation and adrenal fatigue. So glad I found him, because I was tired of regular physicians just throwing pills at me and suggesting surgeries for things. So glad to have Hiro and his kind staff behind me. I am feeling much better!
A true healer.....Dr. Hiro is amazing! When I first came to Hiro a few years ago I had a serious locked shoulder issue. Before seeing Hiro, I had been going to physical therapy for 2 years, and had also been working with one of the top orthopedic surgeons on the west coast. When surgery didn't solve the problem, and since I didn't have any other options left, I tried acupuncture to solve the problem (my wife suggestion). I was very skeptical that it could work. It was a true miracle as over time things just got better and better. Today I'm playing golf, working out at 24 Hour Fitness on weights and living normally. I still visit Hiro for maintenance but really... he's born to heal, and he healed me thank God. I highly recommend Hiro and his team.
I saw Hiro today for an initial consult and first treatment. Thankfully, the appointment did not progress to treatment. I was emailed paperwork to fill out, health history etc. I gave him my paperwork when I arrived and he looked at it briefly. We then went into the treatment room and he began asking me questions about the reason for my visit. I explained that I am undergoing fertility treatment and will be having an IUI next week. I told him that I am over 35 years old and that my husband and I were trying to conceive for over 8 months. When I told him that I had a 22 month old daughter, that’s when the consult starting getting awkward and unprofessional. He obviously didn’t read the section of my paperwork that indicated that I have a daughter. Why take the time to fill out paperwork when it’s not being combed through? He asked questions and when I answered, he would stop and laugh at me in a condescending manner. He asked me inappropriate questions such as “Do you climax?”. He said that after IUI I should be taking several weeks off from work. Not even my fertility OB has recommended that. I told him that taking time off after IUI is not possible for me and he then he told me to reassess my priorities. He was lecturing me on handling stress and criticized me for being too clinical. I did not seek his expertise for therapy, I sought out acupuncture services. He did not address my chief complaint. He made me feel awkward, sad and extremely uncomfortable. There is something seriously wrong with him. I am in the healthcare profession and I have patients of my own. I have and will never treat any patient like how I was treated today. There was no sympathy, professionalism or compassion, just a man with a deranged complex. Stay far away from this man. --
Exterior looks a bit outdated however inside is clean and staff is very professional. Extremely thorough during his assessment and knowledgeable about anatomy and pathophysiology. He explains all the treatments and applies the needed pressure and accurately pinpoints and treats areas of injuries. I arrived with a deep hamstring problem and lower back spams. After only one treatment I was healed. A little more costly than other places but truly worth every dollar.
