PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE YOU MAY GET, POOR COMMUNICATION FROM STAFF, AND POOR MANAGEMENT FROM THE OWNER. NEVER CONSISTENT WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK. MY FIRST ORDER OF 24 HOODIES, HAD GLUE ON THE INSIDES. DESK RECEPTIONIST HAS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION WHEN IT COMES TO BEING QUOTED A PRICE AND IN THE PROCESS OF FINISHING THE JOB THE PRICE CHANGES AND YOU ARE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ADDITIONAL COST.

I am an employee of this company for nearly 6 months now. These people are some of the best, understanding, giving and helpful people I've ever met and I've had quite a few jobs throughout my life. Without this company, the things I'm accomplishing in life wouldn't be possible. If you want quality work from really good people, this is your place for anything you need printed.
Sometimes it is good, and sometime it is bad. The product is normally good as well as the pricing, but the customer service is mostly horrible, they don't follow us with e-mails or orders. Sometimes their voice is full and you can't event leave a message.
Incredibly bad experience on my first order. After discussing price, I submitted my order on 11/4 along with their CC authorization form with my payment info. No reply or order confirmation. I reached out via phone 2-3 times. Finally had a woman tell me order confirmation would be sent that day. Still nothing. Called again. Finally on 11/15 I received order confirmation, 11 days later. They asked when I needed the order, I said take your time, we just need it before Thanksgiving (11/27). I was told that was no problem. On 11/25 I reached out to see if it could ship and Chris confirmed it would ship that day (11/25). No tracking was ever sent. On 11/27 I reached out again for tracking, Chris sent tracking. I checked the tracking each day for the next 5 days - no movement. Labels were created, boxes were never shipped. I called on 12/2 to figure out what was going on. I was told the order didn't ship because I never paid! I had sent payment info when the order was submitted on 11/4! I provided payment info AGAIN over the phone and paid the agreed upon price of 323.50 - the woman and I discussed how everything would ship today. The next day, still no tracking. On 12/4 I finally received half my order, with the remainder coming the next day 12/5. There was 1 piece \damaged\ which we never received and were never credited for, no big deal. I check my credit card statement today - 12/20. I was charged 355. (31.50 more than the agreed price). All in all, an awful experience. I have been in the wholesale apparel industry for 8 years - by far the worst experience I've had with a decorator. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
This company is great! They were able to work with me to get an order completed on a really short turnaround for a very reasonable price. Team was responsive, and everyone I spoke to was really pleasant. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for printing services.
