Would be nice if the phone number they give actually connects you to someone to speak with instead of an automated answering system asking for an extension, and disconnecting you if you don't have one. WORST customer service EVER

CGN3AMF arrived by Courier from Fido Mobile, reselling the Rogers Internet Cable DOCSIS3 service 30M/5M. Unboxing and provisioning of the unit was smooth. I am consider myself Expert Network Technologist without humility, and by trade. Ease of use is 99%. I need to find a full manual on CGN3AMF model. This DOCSIS3 modem router, and the provision process, and the standard router access features are straightforward. The speed is right up there at 40Meg peak throughput and uploads to 8Meg . Nothing wrong with Rogers latency in the 20mS for local sites. So the differences in service experience are; local 2.4 vs 5G wifi local processor capability the router is "simplified" so its not feature rich , in fact , its kinda toy like but functional (these are the kinder words) the rear labelling of this unit is brilliant and has the default settings when a factory default reset is commanded; no manual to look for in 5yrs. I really want to chase the ful capability of the two USB ports and the menu for local hard disk storage, which is really the value add for the Fido 50 /mo service; wow they do not mention that NAS capability... I tried one FAT and one NTFS external and the feature does not enable. More data is needed. so hence, my (re)quest for a real technical manual...
