They were super friendly in helping me get a pet and they help you out if u need anything that u can't find. They were very helpful for letting me know all the stuff I needed for my pet

Told a worker how a frog had their leg stuck, the worker never checked on the animal. On top of that the whole reason the frogs leg was stuck was because the tank had too much water for them to breath without struggling to stick their heads up. If you are going to house an animal, makes sure they ATLEAST have the basics like OXYGEN!

My white clawfoot frog that I got from here has died. It lived for a whole 5 days and then it was dead. The water was the appropriate temp, the Ph, alkalinity, ammonia, etc was perfect. It was being fed and everything. But it still died. I called to ask about getting a refund or a replacement and they said they can't help me because they don't know whether or not I killed it or not. But the other frog I have is still alive and so is the fish. This place is only good for supplies... not pets.
