Hands down THE WORST internet provider to have during a time when most Americans are home working. Having to call at least 4 times a week due to connectivity issues and missed a ton of work because of it!! as I'm typing this I was disconnected due to \Lack of payment\ when I have it on AUTOPAY! and now I have to miss another day of work because their workers are so incompetent! DO NOT get internet or any services from this company SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND MONEY enough of TDS I honestly hope they go bankrupt again.

I have been a TDS customer in a very small town for 3 years and I have never, not one single time had a problem with my service, speeds or anything. I would rank them at a 10 of 10.

Our TV stopped receiving a cable TV signal. The first call I made TDS could not resolve the issue. Therefore, they set a date for a technician to come 10 days out between 8am to 12 noon. So! The TDS technician did not arrive to repair or call on the date given to me. I waited for five hours for their call and arrival. I called TDS and was informed the date on the customer service system was at a later date.The customer service individual said their records did not show any changes in the date and could not understand how I arrived at this incorrect date. They proceeded to give me the date they saw on their system. This means we will have to wait 21 days from my initial call after reporting the problem. This is not good. And! We live within city limits not far from their location. Note: The “survey follow up” happened with my first initial call and I gave a good review because the outcome was reasonable due to the virus issues. I would like to say the first customer service rep did give the correct date because others overheard our conversation. I have no doubts my date was push out to a later date and I was not informed. The first rep was polite and professional. That is the only reason why I gave a two stars rating. However, the second call with less than reasonable results waiting 21days for repairs. Not good! Also! The second call to TDS customer service center did not offered the survey option after this call. That is slick and makes one wonder about the integrity of their online reviews.

Absolutely terrible. I will literally buy any other WiFi provider in the world over TDS. Never again. I hope your company goes under!

Awful service that drops often leaving us without internet that we depend on to work from home during these difficult times. We have called them and documented every event and although they send tech's out to fix the issues the problem still persists. I would not recommend TDS to anyone. We are very disappointed and fed up. I wanted to add that we are paying for fiber and someone else posted a review about the same thing we are experiencing. It is not true fiber and only getting an average of 99.5 mbps upload.
