Very upset as I have just placed yet another order and within 24-48 hours they send a coupon for 25% off your next order. I call customer service to ask and spoke to a very polite person who wants me to email their marketing dept manager who is actually in another state and doesn’t take phone calls. Why publish a phone number for customer service? Wow , never again. It’s baiting you to make an additional purchase and mine has not even shipped yet. Will not return for future purchases instead will support eBay and Etsy.
Amazing staff! Sasha was able to get all the miniatures we required and was fantastic working with my timeline and budget! Will 100% use again.
