I love Hobby Lobby! I so appreciate it's owner and founder. What a nicely kept store. So many beautiful furnishing and accessories to choose from. It helps me spiritually to go there because of the atmosphere it promotes. Prices and sales are great !

Wow! This new store is amazing, 2 levels of shopping. They have all kinds of hobby and craft items, so much more than I thought before walking in. I'm not much of a hobby /crafty guy buy was entertained by the vast selection while my wife shopped for decorations for the home Greatest service too!

Litterly My first time in the store And the workers follow me around thinking I was stealing call the police i confronted the worker who had a attitude and argued with me went and got thr manager who acted like the worker was doin a job for her yet I purposely walked to the other end of the store be where no one else was. Paid for all my stuff and my friends stuff who she also accused of stealing made them look pathetic. Wouldnt recommend any one shop here

My first visit was great. A gal helped me find all of my crocheting needs from start-to-finish. Loved the educational discussion too! My second visit to this location was ridiculous. I don't want to say bad, but man is there room for improvement-- especially for 1pm on a Thursday. Are there no floor associates guiding customers through the holiday mess this year? Making sure lines run efficiently? Being present for customers to ask questions to? Acting as support to keep the flow of traffic moving? Is there a reason one of your lady workers stands at the front, watching the lines get MASSIVE, distracting the rest of your team, while coughing every 3 minutes, and without opening a new register? Why did I have to watch the longer line go quicker than mine because some random customer was playing conductor with new customers \u003capproaching the line\u003e allowing them to cut her - and me - while she waited for her kid to bring her bring something? A floor associate should have been redirecting the waiting customers in the order they arrived in a first come, first serve manner! What about the workers on the register-- are they not required to ensure their station is 100% ready PRIOR to opening? Why did I have to wait to be checked out because my register gal failed to prep her station with proper tender? And no counterfeit marker? A floor associate should have been there to guide the customer needing change to a holding area, rather hold up the rest of us. And why did I have to wait while ALL register employees gossiped about their colleague who isn't coming into work today and how "convenient she called in on her son's birthday" instead of making my purchase? Learn to multi-task!! You do not need to stop my transaction for your conversation! Inappropriate & rude. Hate this type of service. Have some humility, people. And while you are getting paid to work, I'm not. So STOP wasting my time for your LACK of efficiency & consideration.

never been here before but my experirlence was unbelievably fantastic. i didnt have any trouble. but i knew there was always an employee close by if i did have a question about something. thank you young cashier lady. i wanna say it was the first register on the far left but on the inside. you were new i could tell but you were very smart. thank you for checking us out in you lane. you were smart. thank you.

I went Hobby Lobby on Hwy K in O'Fallon, Mo and had a Great experience due to an employee named Rochelle. I had about 5 items I needed and didn't have a clue where they would be in the store. Rochelle was so kind and helpful. She actually helped me find everything I went there to get. She didn't just point to an area, which is what most employees there. I wish all employees would be as helpful as Rochelle. Please tell her how much I appreciated her help, professionalism and kindness.
