Terrible customer service.. When I shop at this store I never get greeted. Thank goodness i have signed up for that lane bryant secret shopping program and they have and will be getting my truly honest feedback.
Always helpful in every way. Never disappointed by their service to customers. My only disappointment is they don’t carry enough hot items in the larger sizes (over 20-22) so they sell out and then not available online.
Everyone there was so helpful. With tips and tricks to but the correct bra and getting different sizes when you're in the fitting room. They all had smiles on which is very rare in retail. The store is clean, bright and organized. If you don't already know Lane Bryant is expensive but the clothes are worth it... They are well made, for correctly and the colors don't fade. If you are sizes 14-28 I recommend taking the trip out to this store.
