EXTREMELY RUDE woman at front counter. Wish I could give 0 stars. Will not be coming in again, I will take great costumer service over good selection any day. Went to the Bottle shop down the road instead. Hope the Owner will have a talk with her. Seeing these comments, it happens very frequently. - since I cannot reply to your comment other than editing my review. I just want to say that I was never rude to you. Until, you screamed in my face telling me to leave your shop, simply because YOU cannot read an ID properly. I understand you can lose your shop because of underage entry but that wasn’t the case. YOU were the one at fault. Perhaps you should check yourself twice before screaming at your customers. God bless you, and hope you learn to be better.

After cancelling a transaction and leaving with no goods this liquor store charged our account anyway. When I returned for more info the woman at the register was incredibly rude and freaked out at the subject. She could have easily said take it up with the bank and not turned it into something hateful.

Very rude! No way you can build a relationship with the customer while acting like a child. The OWNER even replied to one of the reviews telling a customer “not to come back” how unprofessional.

Unfortunately, customer service is not important here. Woman was rude and very disrespectful to my daughter who just barely turned 21 and this was the First liquor store she visited. She wrongly accused my daughter of having invalid I.D.. which was not the case. Instead of apologizing and trying good customer service she continued to be rude. We will not be shopping here ever again.

Lady is very very rude for no absolute reason at all! She will not be getting very much business acting the way she does! Not fit to be in the front helping customers. She got mad because she was wrong about an expiration date on my license! This lady seems unhappy and takes it out on customers and it’s sad.
