Without a doubt one of the best property management companies I have stayed in! We had mentioned if we could stay for 2 months, however due to their great customer service I asked to stay for an extra 2 months. They accommodated my every need. Holiday Estates is truly affordable living with great stylish rooms! They made renting a easy. Highly recommend!
Great shared apartment in Manhattan. My private room was nicely furnished with a smart TV. Wished my closet was a little bigger! They had newly renovated bathrooms! Yes, bathrooms!! In comparison to the other rental apartments I have stayed in Manhattan, this was like a 5 star property! After I moved out, they didn't try to create any excuses to keep any part of my deposit. Honest company! No problems getting my deposit back. Will mos def use them again when I return to NYC!!
