Simple and i mean simple tax filing fee raised from 155 last year to -350 this year. When i inquired about the higher cost - thinking this was a mistake, Dean responded that 2 additional forms need to be prepared. Okay- really and they were 195 to be prepared? They never made us aware of this extra fee as I would have never ever filed with them for 350 taxes are simple. Beware of their additional fees as they do not disclose them upfront and slam you with it along with % that they add if you don’t pay on time. Go elsewhere - there are not many things guaranteed in life but I guarantee you - you can get your taxes done for much less than this company will charge you!
