The worst shipping company in the shipping business. Called couldn't even tell me if and when my freight was going to be delivered after they have had at terminal since Jan.29th according to the Pro number it's February 9th with no deliver date and the call center is clueless and useless and no help at all. Company from where freight is coming from is getting ready to lose my business as a customer because of HOLLAND. Your welcome Holland

Terrible company to wok with. The customer service it a time wasting joke. If you ever have to call or use the chat, hang up if Pam or Maria answer. They will either lie to get you off the line faster or simple hang up just so they don't have to answer any questions about why your freight was sent to the wrong side of the country. Email is not any better. Save yourself time , money,and stress and use a better carrier

Poor quality. Damaged freight. Not professional. Say they show up when the camera proves they dont. Never pick up on time. I could go on and on. You get it. They are terrible. I would post 1/4 star if Google would let me.

Kind of hilarious that joke is referenced more than any good comment. Customer service is down right terrible. Communication is ridiculous, from dispatch to drivers. Don't waste your time, your breath or your money using USA Holland. the really sad thing is can't give you a negative rating.
