Needed license plate for small trailer; no problem. Pleasant, helpful service. Arrived 5 min early for 1:30 PM appt; waited 20 min. A couple of people came in w/o appts & got turned away.

I missed out on a big argument when I arrived. A little disappointed on that. I was lucky enough to get the same desk help. Either that lady got rattled good or she has worked there too long and should maybe consider another role. Well I came in to get an issue fixed and found out I should have stayed home. I was informed that they cannot give me a refund on a tag that was a replacement when I wanted a renewal. At least I didn't have to pay a late fee. I did bring in the tag that was sent to me. Didn't matter to them. The website isn't very user friendly to begin with. Start here Secretary of State. I hope I get my refund since accident happen, if it was my mistake.
Had an appointment set for 3:30. I came in to let the person know I was there and waiting. He raised his voice to me and told me they were still doing 320 appointments. Told me I would have to wait my turn. Everybody here is so rude. It's ridiculous. Wish I could leave no stars.
Stern but helpful staff. In all honesty this building should be larger with more staff to accommodate the high traffic here. Getting an appointment can be months out
Running behind as usual. You'd think they'd be good at the logistics after this long but no, they aren't. But they are way better than the grand rapids branches. Be prepared to wait for 15-30 minutes after your appointment time though.
