I had heated seats, remote starter, and window tint done today, right away the tint looked like it was not installed well.. large bubbles and what looks like swirls, I asked them to take a look and they did take care of the large bubble, I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and give it 24 hrs before raising anymore concerns about tint, went to leave and of course checked to make sure car starter works and heated seats work.. car starter wasn't right either.. would start and turn off then start again without me touching the remote and shut back off and wouldn't allow me to unlock, went back in and he fixed that .. driver heated seat works great.. got home and find out the passenger heated seat only works on the lumbar and not the bottom part of the seat.. after spending almost 900 I'm very disappointed that they didn't bother to make sure every part was working properly before handing the car back over to me.. I know I can take it back and get it taken care of but I live over an hour away and I feel like it should have been done right the first time.

Just spoke to a guy on the phone. In fairness, my question was rather vague. I asked about how many hours it would take to install led lighting under a 2018 grand cherokee. He simply said I'd drop it off and pick it the next day. That did not answer my question. I asked a vague question, therefore I expected a roundabout answer. Like for example it take anywhere between 3 to 6 hours sir. He went on to talk briefly about all the lighting applications that could be done and how different they are. That's awesome, only I asked about under the car lighting on a grand cherokee. I that infuriates me when a specific question is not answered by a worker for a company. I asked Car stereo one and he gave me an answer

Great customer service. Had a problem with the vehicle that they installed an auto start on. Took it back and they found nothing wrong. They offered to remove the system so we could take to dealer for diagnosis. The problem was with the vehicle, not starter. After having vehicle fixed, they reinstalled starter at no charge. Highly recommend them for electronic work.

I called before coming to the location because I'm unable to wear a mask, and am high risk, and was hoping they had a way to accommodate me. They will not accommodate disabled people. I was politely told to take my business elsewhere.
