All the reviews posted about them are accurate. Christopher is a true rock star! He is honest, efficient, on time, personable and did a great job of installing my new garage door openers. Christopher is the best. I could give a long description of how responsive he was to my initial inquiry and how professional he was installing the units. But that would be a waste of time. I really wouldn't bother getting any other quotes or contacting any other installer in the area. I really mean that. You should call Father & Sons.

I contacted Christopher about my busted garage door earlier this week. A cable sprung lose causing the opposite side of the garage door to jump off track. Christopher got back to me the same day and was able to come out the next day. He replaced the cable, realigned the door, tightened both springs, and lubed all hinges and moving parts (and wore a mask the whole time). I wasn't counting, but the whole process took less than 20 minutes. Garage door works again and is now way quieter due to the lubrication (which he recommended I do a few times a year). I could not be happier with his service. Thanks Christopher!
Just had a new overhead door installed and an automatic garage door opener added. The technician from Father & Sons doors was prompt, and able to come the very next day. I was afraid our almost 10 year old door and hardware would need replacing, but he was able to make a quick adjustment for it to work properly again. Christopher also loved the old door, encouraged me to protect it, it will last forever; it's far better than anything he could sell me to replace it.

Christopher walked me through the repair he made, how the new machine worked, and how to file the warranty. He also showed me the safety features after I told him I had kids.
